The first painting to be sold was an oil of a horse head Alice painted at the Pitville College of Art, Cheltenham.
Broke and desperate for tickets to the Cheltenham racing festival she touted her wares outside the racecourse gates, with considerable success.
Horses are a recurring theme throughout her career in art, along with wildlife with work having been exhibited with artists such as David Shepherd.
Art has also created opportunities for further travel abroad such as Venice, Florence and Rome with the John Hall history of art course.

I now offer an album book of all my best images from the last two years. It covers the world's best polo through the seasons in England, Russia, Sotogrande, Argentina and St. Moritz. Capturing everything from polo equipment to players and drama on the field my aim was to create a book with images alone to show the essence of polo.
Made in Italy the books are hand bound using a continuous page binding system with every page opening flat and having a perfect panoramic view. Definitely a more contemporary way to display pictures than the traditional album as the pictures are printed directly onto the pages so there is less chance of them being spoilt by use.
If you want something substantial to be the main attraction for people to view the large 30 x 40cm book is very impressive. With 90 thick photographic pages, silk cover and black leather sleeve it looks very smart.
The alternative option is the small paperback pocket books 10x13cm. They make the perfect gift as they still have all the images but on thinner paper and much smaller they are light and easy.
